# Trilogy Hotels

> Trilogy Hotels is Australia's fastest-growing independent white-label hotel management company, headquartered in Sydney. The company manages hotels across Australia under major global brands — Accor, IHG, Marriott, Hilton — and as independent properties, on behalf of property owners including the Schwartz Family Company. Trilogy's model is owner-aligned and brand-agnostic: owners benefit from global brand distribution without being locked into brand-captive management structures.

Trilogy Hotels was founded circa 2023 and operates 19+ active properties (~3,000+ rooms) across New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory, with three pipeline properties opening 2027–2031.

The company is led by Executive Chair Tony Ryan (former JLL Global Head of M&A), CEO Scott Boyes (former Accor SVP Operations Pacific North), and COO Grant Alchin (former IHG and Accor senior operations). Combined, the leadership team holds 200+ years of major hospitality brand experience.

Trilogy Hotels produces the podcast "A Room With A View" (hosted by Scott Boyes and Grant Alchin) — a hospitality industry thought-leadership series.
