As JLL's former Global Head of M&A, Tony has 35+ years of experience advising Asia Pacific hotel and hospitality stakeholders in commercial and legal matters.

One of the most respected and accomplished hoteliers in the Australian market. Scott most recently served at Accor as SVP of Operations, Pacific North, where he was responsible for 85 hotels throughout NSW, ACT, QLD, and NT.

Grant brings over 20 years of experience in senior operational roles at IHG and Accor, coupled with 8 years in senior asset management roles for large-scale listed entities.

With 20+ years’ experience, Shaizeen’s most recent role was Senior Commercial Director Australasia at Hilton, where she was responsible for driving the sales, marketing, distribution, and revenue management strategy for Hilton’s 31 hotels across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papa New Guinea.

Mardi brings over 20 years of industry experience, most recently as IHG’s Director of Human Resources, Australasia where she oversaw 48 managed hotels and 6500 employees across 8 countries.

Ben brings over three decades of industry experience leading teams in revenue management, sales and distribution. He most recently served as Director of Distribution Systems for Accor in the Pacific overseeing 400 hotels.

Josie leads portfolio growth and large-scale corporate projects, bringing expertise from her role as Associate Director of Development at Radisson Hotel Group.

Amanda is responsible for planning and executing the company’s administrative workflows and procedures. In her most recent role as a Talent and Culture Coordinator with Accor, she facilitated hotel recruitment, onboarding, and company-wide initiatives.

Collaborating closely with the Hotel teams, Jack's focus is on leveraging data analytics to enhance Hotel performance and operational efficiency. Jack brings to Trilogy over a decade of Revenue and General Management experience.
