Ben Salter is Director of Distribution & Systems at Trilogy Hotels, Australia’s fastest-growing independent white-label hotel management company. In this role, Ben is responsible for the systems and platforms that underpin Trilogy Hotels’ innovative approach to distribution and revenue management across its managed portfolio.

Ben brings over three decades of hotel industry experience, with deep expertise across distribution systems, revenue management, and commercial performance. Most recently, he served as Director of Distribution Systems for Accor in the Pacific where he was responsible for onboarding hotels to Accor’s distribution platform, deploying strategic projects, and managing the support team servicing a network of more than 400 hotels. Under Ben’s leadership, the Pacific region achieved Accor’s highest satisfaction rates globally for distribution system support.

Prior to Accor, Ben served as Director of Performance for New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory within the Mantra portfolio, and held Director of Sales and Marketing and Area Revenue Manager roles at Stamford Hotels and Resorts. His operational experience spans Housekeeping, Rooms Division, Corporate Sales, and Meetings & Events — across Sydney, Western Sydney, and Cairns. Ben is a proud graduate of the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School.
