Paul Pratt is Director of Finance & Development at Trilogy Hotels, Australia’s fastest-growing independent white-label hotel management company. In this role, Paul drives portfolio financial performance, leads financial analysis and feasibility assessments, and contributes to identifying and securing new hotel management opportunities.

Paul brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience across hotel finance and operations, including key Regional and Vice President finance roles with Accor across both Australia and Asia, as well as prior senior leadership positions with TFE Hotels. Over this time, Paul has led large multi-country portfolios, partnered closely with owners, and delivered strong financial and operational outcomes across major brand environments.
