Ben Salter is Director of Distribution & Systems at Trilogy Hotels. He is responsible for the systems that underpin Trilogy’s innovative approach to distribution and revenue management.

Ben brings over three decades of industry experience leading teams in revenue management, sales and distribution. He most recently served as Director of Distribution Systems for Accor in the Pacific overseeing 400 hotels. His duties included onboarding new hotels to Accor’s distribution platform, deployment of strategic projects, training and maintenance of Accor systems and managing the support and loading team servicing the Pacific network. His service excellence culture saw the Pacific with the highest satisfaction rates in Accor.

Before this, he served as Director of Performance NSW & ACT for the Mantra portfolio and was also previously a Director of Sales and Marketing and Area Revenue Manager at Stamford Hotels and Resorts.

Ben’s operational hotel experiences range from Housekeeping and Rooms Division to Sales: Corporate and Meeting & Events. He worked in Sydney, Western Sydney and Cairns.

He is a proud graduate of Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School.
