Benjamin Nesbitt is Director of Operations at Trilogy Hotels, Australia’s fastest-growing independent white-label hotel management company. Benjamin brings more than 20 years of hotel leadership experience, including over a decade in General Manager and senior operational roles across branded hotels, independent properties, serviced apartments, and large mixed-use precincts.

Most recently, Benjamin served as Precinct General Manager at Accor’s Sydney Olympic Park Hotels, overseeing the Pullman, Novotel, and ibis properties. His career spans Accor, Frasers Hospitality, Meriton Suites, SKYE Hotels & Resorts, Stamford Hotels and Resorts, and IHG.

In 2025, Benjamin was named Australian General Manager of the Year at the HM Awards, recognising his exceptional contribution to hotel leadership and operational excellence. At Trilogy Hotels, he works directly with the general managers to elevate operational standards, support hotel teams, and deliver strong owner outcomes.
