Grant Alchin is Chief Operating Officer of Trilogy Hotels, Australia’s fastest-growing independent white-label hotel management company. Grant co-founded Trilogy Hotels in 2023, bringing more than 20 years of senior operations experience across IHG and Accor, combined with eight years in senior asset management for large-scale listed property entities.

Before joining Trilogy Hotels, Grant served as Head of Asset Management for Australia at CapitaLand, the Singapore-listed real estate investment group, where he was responsible for optimising the performance of a substantial hotel portfolio. His operational career spans all brand tiers and market segments, with deep expertise in owner-aligned hotel management, multi-site clustering, and operational performance improvement.

Grant brings a critical combination of operator and investor perspective that defines Trilogy’s independent management model, understanding both what owners need from their assets and how hotel teams can be structured to deliver it. He is a co-host of A Room With A View, a podcast dedicated to the service industry.
