Jack Hamilton is Trilogy Hotels’ Director of Hotel Performance. In this role, he leverages key data analytics to support hotel teams in enhancing hotel performance and operational efficiency. He conducts feasibility studies and projections for hotel development to support Trilogy’s growth strategy.  

Jack brings a decade of hotel operations and revenue management experience, most recently serving as General Manager at Mercure Sydney Bankstown.  

He previously was Director of Rooms and Revenue at Mercure Sydney Parramatta, where he managed the hotel’s performance in the post-pandemic environment and supported its stabilisation.  

Jack holds a Bachelor of Business from the esteemed Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
