With more than 20 years of senior people and culture leadership across Australia and Asia Pacific, Mardi brings exceptional depth of experience in building high-performance hospitality teams at scale.

Mardi’s most recent role was Director of Human Resources, Australasia & Pacific at IHG, where she oversaw people and culture strategy across 48 hotels, 6,500 employees, and eight countries. Prior to this, she served as Area Director of Human Resources across IHG’s InterContinental properties in Japan and Australia, and held senior HR roles at Shangri-La, Radisson, and Raffles properties spanning Asia, the sub-continent, and Australia.

Mardi began her hospitality career in human resources at the Sydney Olympic Games Organising Committee, an experience that shaped her approach to talent, culture, and performance at the largest scale. At Trilogy Hotels, she leads people strategy, recruitment and retention, workplace culture, and the HR frameworks that underpin the company’s people-centric focus.
