Martina Sacchetti is Trilogy Hotels’ Learning Experience & Capability Lead, responsible for designing and delivering the learning and development programs that support hospitality excellence across the company’s hotel portfolio.

Martina brings a distinctive career spanning two service excellence industries: hospitality and aviation. She previously served as Director of Talent & Culture/Human Resources at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth and InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, where she gained deep, hands on exposure to luxury hotel operations, guest experience delivery, and people leadership.

Her aviation career at Qantas was extensive, covering service design, customer journey mapping, airport & lounge operations and senior people leadership across multiple business units. These disciplines directly inform Trilogy Hotels’ approach to digital learning, service experience and people development. Martina applies this cross industry expertise to build programs that equip hotel teams to deliver consistent, high standard guest experiences across every property in the portfolio.

Martina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
