Martina Sacchetti is Trilogy Hotels’ Learning Experience and Capability Lead. In ths role, Martina is responsible for helping to design and enhance Trilogy Hotels’ core digital learning and people development experience.

With an expansive career across aviation and hospitality, Sacchetti joins Trilogy from senior leadership roles with Accor at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth and IHG at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, following a significant tenure at Qantas in service design, customer journey and people leadership.

Martina’s work also focuses on programs connecting performance, career pathways and leadership development, to be deployed across Trilogy Hotels’ expanding portfolio.
