Scott Boyes is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Trilogy Hotels, Australia’s fastest-growing independent white-label hotel management company, established in 2023.

Scott brings nearly three decades of hospitality leadership to Trilogy, most recently as Senior Vice President, Operations Pacific North at Accor, where he oversaw 85 hotels across New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and the Northern Territory. Across his Accor career he led hotels in every segment — from luxury to economy — building deep expertise in multi-brand portfolio management, operational performance and owner partnerships.

His experience spans the full hotel lifecycle: opening, stabilisation, performance optimisation and repositioning. It’s this operator’s lens, combined with a genuine belief that great hotels are built through strong local teams, that shapes Trilogy’s approach to management.
