Shaizeen Contractor is Chief Commercial Officer of Trilogy Hotels, Australia’s fastest-growing independent white-label hotel management company. With more than 20 years of commercial leadership across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, Shaizeen brings exceptional expertise in revenue management, distribution strategy, and sales leadership across both major branded and independent hotel companies.

Shaizeen most recently served as Senior Commercial Director, Australasia at Hilton, responsible for the commercial performance of 31 hotels across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea. Prior to Hilton, she spent eleven years as Chief Revenue Officer at TFE Hotels, where she led the commercial function through significant portfolio growth, from 35 to 80 hotels across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.

Earlier in her career, Shaizeen served as Area Director of Revenue at Highgate Hotels in the United States, a major independent hotel operator, and held operational roles with Ocean Properties in Florida. At Trilogy Hotels, she leads commercial functions across the managed portfolio, including revenue strategy, distribution, sales, and marketing.

Shaizeen is a graduate of the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School.
