With 20+ years’ experience, Shaizeen’s most recent role was Senior Commercial Director Australasia at Hilton, where she was responsible for driving the sales, marketing, distribution, and revenue management strategy for Hilton’s 31 hotels across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papa New Guinea.
